Tips
Welcome!
Tips are greatly appreciated and are passed onto the cleaners who were at your home or place of business. Feel free to tip using any of our payment methods. Overpayments of $50 or less are applied as a tip, so please contact us if you are unsure of your service cost.
Redeeming
Coupons
If you have a coupon, please read the fine print. We cannot combine coupons or discounts. The expiration date is the date by which your service must be completed. If you have a physical coupon, you must include it with your payment to deduct it.
Advanced
Confirmation
At the end of the month, we will confirm your scheduled dates for the upcoming month. These dates are subject to change, so we will confirm your cleaning the weekend prior. Thank you for your flexibility! It makes working around folks schedules much easier.
Cancellation
Policy
We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel a scheduled service. Cancellations 24-48 hours in advance will be billed a $50 cancellation fee. Notice of 24 hours or less will be full cost. We understand emergencies happen and will honor these with supporting documents.
Privacy
Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. As a client, your information will only be shared with employees as necessary to provide requested cleaning services. Personal information is never shared with third parties unless required by law or with express written consent.
Residential
Billing
Full payment is due within 8 hours of service. With approval, residential customers may opt for a NET 30 plan for an additional $5. We accept Credit Card, Cash, Venmo, and PayPal. Checks can be left on the counter and made out to Green Monarch Cleaning.
Commercial
Billing
Customers with established accounts will be invoiced via email at the end of the month. Invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date. If your estimated service is $500 or more, a $300 deposit is required at the time of booking. Late payments incur a $25 late fee.
Past Due
Accounts
Invoices that are unpaid 60 days from the due date will be turned over to collections. At 90 days past due, you will be reported to credit reporting agencies. Once this is done it cannot be reversed. Please communicate directly with us if you are having any trouble paying.
